As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are at the forefront of our business. Your role includes:  

• Safely loading vehicles onto the conveyor
• Assisting customers at the pay stations
• Supporting routine maintenance of car wash and vacuum equipment
• Ensuring a clean and tidy tunnel and lot

Team Leaders play a crucial role in assisting the Site Manager in leading their shift effectively throughout the workday. Responsibilities include:  

• Resolving customer issues promptly
• Assisting with the training of new team members
• Managing inventory of chemicals and spare parts
• Assisting with site opening and closing as scheduled
